Are you insured?

Yes. KP Home & Pet Care LLC is a registered Florida business and is fully insured for the services we provide. Your home, pets, and peace of mind are always our top priorities

How do I book a service?

Select the service you’re interested in and complete the form on our website, or call us directly. Services are confirmed after the required meet-and-greet or home walk-through, completion of the applicable service agreement, and receipt of payment.

How far in advance should I book pet care?

Because we care for only one household at a time, availability is limited and popular dates often book several months in advance. We recommend contacting us as soon as your travel dates are known.

Do you provide true 24-hour pet care?

Yes. When your pet stays with us, we provide true 24-hour, one-on-one care—not daycare or traditional boarding. We accept pets from only one household at a time, so they receive personalized attention throughout their entire stay.

Do you care for more than one pet at a time?

Yes, as long as the pets are from the same household. We never combine pets from different families. A multi-dog discount is available; please visit our Pricing page for details.

Do you require vaccinations?

Dogs must be current on their rabies vaccination. DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations are recommended, along with Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza when appropriate. Complete vaccination requirements are explained in our Pet Sitting Agreement.

Is a meet-and-greet required?

Yes. A meet-and-greet is required before caring for any new pet. This allows us to learn about your pet’s personality, routine, health, feeding schedule, medications, and individual needs while making sure everyone is comfortable.

What does a Home Watch visit include?

Each Home Watch visit includes a visual inspection of the home’s interior and exterior for signs of damage, water leaks, electrical or air-conditioning concerns, pest activity, security issues, and other visible problems. If we discover anything unusual, we promptly notify you and document the concern.

Is Home Watch the same as a home inspection?

No. Home Watch is a visual check of your unoccupied property for obvious concerns. It is not a licensed home inspection, security service, or guarantee that every issue will be discovered or prevented.

When is payment due?

Payment is required to reserve your service dates. Payment details and any applicable cancellation terms are provided in your service agreement.

Are your services available year-round?

Yes. Pet care and Home Watch services are available year-round, including holidays, subject to availability. Holiday and peak-season dates may book well in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by service and are explained in your service agreement. Because pet-care dates are reserved exclusively for one household, we strongly recommend notifying us as soon as possible if your plans change.

How will I receive updates?

We provide updates based on your preferences. Pet-care updates may include messages and photos, while Home Watch clients are notified promptly if we discover anything requiring attention.
