Payment is required to reserve services and is collected during the meet-and-greet upon signing of the master agreement.

Do you offer overnight pet sitting?

Yes. We specialize in true one-on-one overnight pet care, delivering personalized, in-home attention tailored entirely to your pet. For added flexibility, we also offer 4-hour and 8-hour care options.

Are services available year-round?

Yes. We offer pet care services year-round, including holidays, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe outlined in your service agreement.
